• —Client materials: Materials provided to us by clients for the purpose of an engagement (source documents, data, research) remain the property of the client. We will not use such materials for any purpose beyond the agreed engagement.
• —Third-party sources: Where our work references or cites third-party content, attribution is provided. Responsibility for any licensing compliance in relation to the use of third-party content in client contexts rests with the client.
